Art at MHS is particularly strong.  Under careful guidance many boys and girls come out of themselves to find hitherto undiscovered talents in the informal surroundings of the Art room. 

Art projects incorporate drawing, painting and clay work, fired in the Art room kiln and often include cross-curricular elements such as a study of Spanish artist Miro. Recent DT projects have included designing & making a moving toy and vacuum forming to make a motorized car.
