We are committed to providing the best possible environment for children to grow and learn in and are currently working with Tunbridge Wells based architects Hazle McCormack Young on an exciting long-term physical development scheme for the school. We aim not to increase the numbers of children in the school but to continue to build, systematically, on the many improvements which have taken place over past years.
We are very excited by the completion of Phase 1 of the development plan, 6 fantastic new classrooms in a beautifully designed building which opened in September 2006. This provides an excellent new base for Years 3, 4 and 5 and its positive impact is already becoming apparent. The Prep school library was extended and reorganized for September 2005 to provide a first-class information resource centre. Future developments in the overall scheme may include a new indoor swimming pool, a Pre-Prep assembly hall, a Music block and new facilities for Art and DT. |
