After MHS

Our aim is for our pupils to leave us as confident, hard-working, and caring individuals, ready for the challenge of senior school and public exams. 

We know that the process of choosing the right senior school for their son or daughter can be daunting for many parents; the choice is so wide! At Marlborough House the Headmaster is very keen to help parents through the process and recommends that parents meet with him to discuss future plans.

Most boys and girls sit Common Entrance at 13 plus to a range of senior Independent Schools; Marlborough House pupils enjoy a first class record of success in this exam. Pupils also gain a good number of scholarships each year, in both academic and non-academic subjects. In addition, a number of pupils each year sit the entrance exam to nearby Cranbrook School at 13 plus and are, again, very successful in this exam.
