Girls' Sport - Autumn Round-Up

This term for girls sport has seen some great Hockey, with the girls showing grit and determination to be successful across the board.

A real highlight for the coaches this term has been seeing the girls really putting into the practice the skills and techniques learnt in game afternoons into the matches they play.

The team of the term goes to the U11a girls Hockey team whose hockey statistics for the term are fantastic, they have won or drawn all games, no losses!

Won: 5 games (against: Skippers Hill, Vinehall, Claremont, Rosehill, Ashford)

Drawn: 2 games (against: Holmewood, Sutton Valence)

Another team to note are the U9 Girls Netball team, although most games are not played ‘competitively’ these young players have shown adaptability in positions and their development within the game has been quick, this is down to their positive and enthusiastic approach to their games sessions, they are such a joy to teach!

Well done to all of the teams this season, we are already looking forward to the next!
