Pre-Prep were treated to a real-life learning experience as Mr Budd's tractor rolled into school.
MHS parent and local farmer, Mr Budd, spent time telling the Year 2 children how the technology of tractors has changed to improve farming methods and help the environment. This was a wonderful follow up to Mr Budd's Harvest Festival talk on modern farming.
Reception and Year 1 also enjoyed having the opportunity see the huge tractor and ask Mr Budd their questions.
We learnt a lot and a huge thank you to Mr Budd and the team that enabled the visit to happen.
