What a delightful way to spend time with each other in the sun, in our beautiful grounds, entertained by children who knew the lyrics and the choreography of their French songs so well that they hardly needed their teacher!
I particularly like this event as it brings the precious triangle of pupils, parents and teachers together around a French picnic, isn't food an integral part of French culture after all? It is a time to celebrate what we are grateful for: our children, our learning, our teaching and our very fortunate position in life.
