In pure ‘Dragon’s Den’ style, MHS Pupils in Year 7 have presented a series of concepts and ideas to a panel of industry experts for the first ever annual ‘Daley-Bryan Prize for Creativity and Innovation’.
On Wednesday, our Year 4 children set out to Maidstone Museum on a wonderful voyage of discovery.
This week our Year 7 pupils have been teaching the Year 2’s about the geography of the Polar Regions (the Year 2 Topic for this half of term) and how animals (e.g. polar bears and penguins) have adapted to it.
For the second year running, pupils from MHS were part of the winning team in the Bede's Galectic Challenge!
The boys and girls who travelled to the resort of Crans Montana in Switzerland last week had a time to remember- in fact some children described it as being full of ‘Life Long memories’. A hotel just a 20 second walk from the main lift in Crans, instructors who teach 6 hours a day and stay with the group all day, excellent food and two evening activities for the children is a recipe for a quality and fun week's skiing.

The Year 6 pupils had a wonderful day in London last week visiting the Natural History Museum and The Tower of London.
On a misty November morning, Year 4 were evacuated to the small country village of Horton Kirby. It was with much excitement that we said farewell to parents and boarded a bus to the unknown!
