It was a thoroughly entertaining afternoon, in which Years 5-8 were guided from the streets of Athens into an enchanted woodland, becoming embroiled in the world of mischievous fairies, love potions and the thespian pursuits of Quince, and his aspiring troop. There wasn’t a dull moment as the children acted, sung and danced their way through the afternoon. It served as a brilliant introduction to Shakespeare, and we were very proud to be told that the MHS pupils were the best audience so far!
