Sing!

They joined other Prep Schools to learn five completely new songs throughout the day for a concert in the afternoon. The Director of Music from Eastbourne College really challenged them with some tricky harmonies and rhythms. The concert was incredible with the most amazing singing and harmonies. It started with an eight part canon by Tallis. Then a beautiful rendition of Danny Boy followed by a fun spiritual called L’il David. The next one was a strong favourite, Hallelujah, and finally we were fortunate to be joined by some of the Eastbourne College choir, including at least one ex MHS pupil, and a small band for the final song, Fix You by Coldplay.

A wonderful experience enjoyed by all.
