The Year 2 children all took part in a morning workshop as part of their introduction to The Polar Express - their new book for the second half of term.

They dressed up in pyjamas, followed snowy footprints our to our train station (The Old Gym), proudly presented their tickets and then boarded the Polar Express. Once on the train, they read Christmas stories, sang Christmas songs and enjoyed delicious hot chocolate. The children are now busy writing about their own Polar Express Experience.
