Having decorated the school Christmas trees with their own creations, stirred the Christmas puddings, exchanged cards, starred in Christmas shows, performed in end of term dance and music recitals and attended the Christmas shopping events, the children were ready to relax and enjoy the final flurry of rewarding festive events in the last week of term.
The Christmas lunches are a firm favourite and this year did not disappoint, complete with crackers, some rousing singing, a fantastic selection of Christmas jumpers and beautiful table decorations curtsey of Year 4. Next up was the Christmas entertainment, with a pantomime, parties and a visit from Father Christmas for the younger children and a bowling trip to Tunbridge Wells for the older children.
The Prep School came together to celebrate their achievements on the last day of term in Lists; an important moment to reflect on their endeavours and successes.
We rounded it all off with some Christmas music videos to wish our friends and families a Merry Christmas, including our whole school video, The Twelve Days of Christmas (see below), and MHS Glee Club's Last Christmas.
