We were treated to two wonderful Informal Music Concerts in February.
We started with the Prep School Informal Concert and were treated to an array of musical talents. Phoebe M kicked of proceedings with a rousing rendition of ‘Pomp and Circumstance’, before welcoming many of our younger musicians to the stage; some were up there for the very first time. All the children announced their pieces clearly and loudly to the back of the room and should feel very pleased with their efforts.
This was followed a few days later by the Pre-Prep's Informal Concert and our young musicians treated us to a super morning. It began with Singing Club’s rousing "Start the day in a brilliant way" we then enjoyed fourteen individual performances, with each child introducing their piece clearly and playing beautifully. A really brilliant way to start our day!
