With farming being such an important part of all our lives and with it being our Harvest Festival week, our Pre-Prep children were very lucky to be visited by Mr Budd, a local arable and fruit farmer.
He is passionate about showing children where their food comes from and the processes that are involved. He kindly showed them some of the jobs he does throughout the year and to finish, he handed out fresh apples for the children to enjoy. You really don't get food produced and to the consumer quicker than that!
