
About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic Minibus Drivers to support our growing pupil transport network. In the mornings, the drivers will collect pupils from specified pick-up points and deliver them to school, then deliver them to specified drop-off points at the end of the school day, before returning the buses to school.
The successful candidates will have a full UK driving licence with at least three years of driving experience. D1 entitlement is preferred, but not essential. High standards of safety, reliability and punctuality will be key.
Role location: Marlborough House Vinehall, Robertsbridge, East Sussex, TN32 5JL.
Working hours: Monday to Friday: 2 hours in the morning starting from 6.50am and finishing by 8.20am; 2 hours in the afternoon starting at 5.15pm and finishing by 6.45pm. 2 full hours will be paid for each morning and each afternoon worked, even if working period is shorter.
About Our School
In September 2025, two prestigious prep schools, Marlborough House and Vinehall will merge. The new school will be known as Marlborough House Vinehall and will operate on the existing Vinehall site, marking a significant development in independent education in the South-East.

All staff at Marlborough House Vinehall are responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of pupils for whom they are responsible or with whom they come into contact and are expected to adhere to and ensure compliance with the school’s Safeguarding policy at all times. If, in the course of carrying out the duties of the post, the postholder becomes aware of any actual or potential risk to the safety or welfare of children in the school, s/he must report concerns to the Designated Safeguarding Lead.
Starting in September 2025, this role is a part-time, permanent position.
